My UGC Shop

Accessibility Statement

Operated by Open Claw Assistance LLC · Last updated August 26, 2026

1. Our commitment

Open Claw Assistance LLC wants every visitor to be able to learn about, buy, and use My UGC Shop, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, switch devices, magnification, captions, or reduced motion. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not a checkbox: the public website is tested before every release, and reported issues are prioritized like any other defect.

2. Standard

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice and by Section 508. This statement covers the public marketing pages of myugcshop.com (home, pricing, automation, MCP, referral program, this statement, and the policy pages).

3. What we have done

  • Every page is built with semantic landmarks (banner, navigation, main, footer), one page title and one top-level heading, and a logical heading order.
  • A “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable element on every page, and every interactive element shows a visible focus ring in both the light and dark themes.
  • All functionality is available from the keyboard, including the menu on phones, the pricing form, the FAQ, and the video carousel.
  • Text and interface colors meet the 4.5:1 (text) and 3:1 (controls) contrast ratios in both themes; the light and dark themes can be switched with a labelled button.
  • Images that carry information have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The home page video carousel has a Pause control, never auto-advances for visitors who prefer reduced motion, and offers captions on the videos that have them.
  • Pages reflow to a 320 pixel wide viewport without horizontal scrolling and remain usable at 200% zoom; touch targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
  • Forms have visible labels, descriptive instructions, and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
  • A floating “Accessibility” button at the bottom right of every public page lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast, reduce motion, use a readable font, and highlight links. Your choices are remembered on your device, and they never interfere with your own screen reader, browser zoom, or operating-system settings.
  • Automated checks (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 AA rules) run on every release in both themes and at phone and desktop sizes; a manual keyboard and screen-reader review accompanies significant changes.

4. Known limitations

  • Some carousel videos may not yet have captions while transcripts are being prepared; the surrounding text describes what the videos show, and every video can be paused or skipped.
  • Sign-in, checkout, and payment steps are provided by our identity and payment partners (Clerk and Stripe). We choose partners that publish their own accessibility commitments, and we pass on any issue you report.
  • Member storefronts are built and customized by the merchants who own them. We provide accessible defaults, and merchants are responsible for the content they add.

5. Feedback and contact

If any part of this website is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, email support@openclawassistance.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you use. We acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and work to resolve them promptly.

6. Enforcement and formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.
